Disease ID book

I'm located in Western Montana and I'm looking for a good book that covers pest and disease ID. All the books I've seen online tend to be fairly east cost oriented. I'm looking for something that may be a bit more focused on the rockies or the west in general. Thanks!

Colorado State's site is useful as well. You really just need to know a few pests and maladies that occur in a certain area with certain species.
