Now here's a fact

No I was actually being more one minded I have zero experience with barrels but plenty with making a bow with a draw knife

Which I have zero experience with. But I have a little bit of experience with beers aged in barrels that had previously aged spirits. Lots of barrels being produced currently!

Actually bow stave wood if quality and stored proper can be high valuable wood

I have little doubt. I considered seeking some Osage locally to have my son help me harvest and have an experienced bowmaker produce us a couple of bows. In the mean time he discovered girls...
