I bought the 3/4 wrap handle bar from their eBay store as well as the west coast clutch cover and oversized falling spikes. Overall fair quality, obviously not O.E.M quality but that is going to be the running theme of this build.

Opening up all the bags, overall good quality a few little things here and there but nothing crazy. I as surprised to find the crankcase and piston and cylinder in such good condition. Other than a little rounding of edges on the cylinder I am leaving it. Sorry for all the pictures but nothing else like a picture to describe something!!

Plastics all looked good, the only thing is the flywheel has some marks from where they bonded the two metals but looks strong, just not cosmetically pleasing.

The kickback hand guard is a little weird looking but seems to be strong, it is solid unlike O.E.M that is ribed and hollow. A little glue on the coil but look fine other wise.

Check your circlip size. Last couple I got in (including the one I'm working on now) had the wrong size circlips.
Which one are you talking about? So i can make sure.

That's all, If anyone can elaborate on initial assembly such as order of parts and little things that you think i should know, that would be great, I have never built a saw from this far torn down so it is all new to me.

Do you have an ipl? It helps a lot.

Thanks guys, now I just have to slowly put her togeather, obviously I need to assemble the crank case first, should I do the oil line first then bolt the halves togeather?

I have to put the halves in the over so should I leave out the oil line till just before I put them togeather, also do you think the cranks seals are fine at 200 in the over?
