Need a climber in Minnesota

Due to a recent injury, I can no longer climb. Looking to hire someone with tree sap in their blood. I am willing to negotiate compensation depending on what you can bring to the table, and what I can afford. The need is imediate, but I am hoping for someone who wants to be long term. Need to have experience, be drug free, and willing to work. Located about 60 miles west of twin cities.

I don't know how much recovery I will get. right now I have very limited use of one hand, and it isn't showing alot of signs of improvement over the last couple of weeks. Regardless, after 35 years of climbing it is time to find someone a little younger to take my place.
