Patch it with JB Weld or similiar and be done with it. Will be good as new if you do a proper cleanup before hand. It must be absolutley oil free.

I like electronic cleaner it really leaves things dry.

Clean that area well with any of the products mentioned or carb cleaner. If you use something like a two part epoxy, make sure your hands are real clean. The leak shouldn't give you anymore trouble if done right.

Got acetone but first i need to empty the oil tank, whatever is left.

Update

Used the JB Weld, took a few days, it "runs" so had to keep on rotating every 30 minuets. Did a lot of cutting last week and the saw is running like new, oiling and everything, no leaks at all.

Thanks. Yes I got some big wood, 4-5' diameter largest, left to cut, will post pictures when I will cut later.
