They have been out for a few years, and I haven't been into one yet,

well i can tell you this..one of the local sawmills that i work when it is too wet to log has a 270 and has had for several years now. it had been ran over by a bobcat once, these guys run the crap out of it and just keep abusing it and it keeps running. i rebuild the recoil on it the other day after the recoil spring broke. but if you get the kind of performance from this saw as the one that ive seen then you won't be anything but happy.
