If and when you get them made and they work very well, more than likely a good many of us will throw some business your way. They also used oil pump diaphragms on the Poulan xxv's also. There a good many of those saws out there.

I'm sure they'll work. They'll be the same basic function as the hand cut ones but more precisely cut using a machine. Which also allows me to greatly increase how many I could get out of a sheet of material

These are the additional ones I was given and need to clean up a bit plus scale correctly. Trying to figure what each is. The right 2 I'm not sure of

Bottom right is the carb adapter to cylinder. Looked at a parts diagram. And verified the other is oil pump too.

Might I suggest that on the cylinder base gasket that you use the thinnest material you can find and all the other ones. 032 is good.
Are you able to enter dimensions for a gasket, would like some ones for the big saws. I can get you the dimensions for a base gasket that is unavailable for the 4200, 5400 stuff

Get me dimensions. A scan of a gasket works great too. Especially if you do it on graph paper or with a ruler next to it so I have scale.

I have the gaskets for the big saws and I can get you some dimensions so you can get scale

Looks like someone has done some drafting! Love it. Wish the program was built more like CAD vs the cheesy software that it is. But it's primary purpose is for cutting lame vinyl stickers and stuff.

Looks like thinnest rubber/paper gasket I can go is 1/32. 1/64 can be had but in fiber.

Both NOS pulleys for 4000 395 and 3 NOS thin rings for same saws bought. Will set on shelf for folks needs.
