We got oil! Not entirely sure what the problem was, but after taking the pump off and cleaning out all the ports and replacing the old oil line it’s putting the oil oil on this old rusty 176 bar nicely.

Whats up with the different muffler cover on front? Never had one here with that front.
@Todd Loosli any of the ones you got have that front cover?

I know I remove our inspection plate on ones here I see straight to piston, baffle comes out with that little cover. Looking at IPL baffle comes out with it too.

Your right! The baffle is screwed in and not part of the cover. I guess that the cover is just there for looks. Possibly a late model thing…?
They are just a muffler protector and the 5200 is the only one that i have seen them on. I have 3 saws with them.

My gawd that saw is perfect. Shelf duty as too many out there partially thrashed that run a long time.
