You did a fine job on those spikes. That saw is one cutting SOB, as said, I regret selling it but I needed a 90cc+ saw at the time and wanted to get a brand new one, so that saw and one of me other favorites had to go. Here is a pic of some cutting I did with that saw a little bit before I sold it, you will like that full wrap handle when you go to drop trees, it makes a big difference:

Mitch, it seems like I have seen that ad for the Sears saws somewhere. Glad to see that someone could get some good out of them. Information on some of those older saws really is neat-good of you to share.
