How much did you get the 200T for? New or used (if you don't mind me asking)?

$225 with a Homelite Bandit (my new stump/skid saw) and extra chain included. Both saws in excellent condition, about 2 years old, and belonged to a HO that didn't use them much. I was more than happy with the deal.

Put the 12" bar on the 192T and the 14" ar on the 200T.

I think you guys are right, this combo makes the most sense given the power and weight of each saw... Although the 200T feels great and really rips with the 12" on it! Then again, the 192T feels nice with the 12" on it as well, plus this combo is sooooo light.
