I ran an old inter dozer on dads place in qld years ago clearing lantana great machine power shift much the same as a cat . The cooks uncle runs a d6d day in day out in western nsw no cab just him with this tank goggles and lunch box his in his late 70s he collects old headers and minneapolis moline tractors and the bloke up the street colects old inter crawlers

My old man a few years ago bought a mk I escort with 15k k's on the clock (genuine - an old lady had it from new - hubby bought it then up and croaked the same week, so she pottered to the dairy with it once a week until she got too old to drive or be driven anywhere, then stored it in the garage because she couldn't part with her husbands pride and joy. It then got passed down to the next generation who couldn't give a rat's arse about it). A few months later my silly bugger dad sold it. Don't even have to like the escorts to appreciate an old, mint relic of previous generations.
Actually, I must be a chip off the old block because I got a good look at a 2100 today i bought for another mother brother. Bloody hell, I should have claimed this bargain for myself. Turns out the farmer has had it from new and it's only had light use. Took the muffler off to get the dawg off before boxing it up and I bloody shouldn't have looked inside. Almost mint. I coulda cried.

I looked at a Rossi even worse than the Rem made Marlins in fit and finnish.
I have the Marlin all in bits at the moment polishing,de burring and so on to try and smooth it up a bit.
Its no were near the rifle from long ago i will jive you the tip.
There is a reason why the Marlin made (JM) on the barrel get second hand $ more than a current new one.

just went through all the bs with deceased estate ,my mate doesnt do guns so when his dad passed i said ill look after it for him till he gets sorted ,this old girl was in the family for along time ,ridgy didge 1892 ,25-20, shes pretty beat an the barrels rooted

well put the pump on and have oil running down from under neith while running, its not getting enough oil to the chain, looking at the pic above, what is it set toHi Guys just got the pump for my husky 61 from usa, is there any thing i should do before putting it on the saw, im changing the seal

did it have 2 O rings on the back? one little on on a spigot and one abut 20c size around the centre casting?
Close, but its actually an anti-stall/saw stand attachment (under the saw) for my firewood docking station. Have had an early cold snap down here so need to get some firewood sorted.
