Haha- I knew that'd get you to look!

Some of you may have read the thread I started on the saw I put together for my awesome hubby, Andydodgegeek. (http://www.arboristsite.com/chainsaw/198509.htm)

Well, I got myself a surprise saw in Missouri, too! I'm a bit of a newbie in the world of chainsaws- having run my first saw less than a year ago. But the morning after the big surprise for Andy, work saw collector walked up to me and handed ME a surprise chainsaw of my own! I was so excited- my 1st Stihl- an 026. He told me it was not a great runner, but was sure we could have some fun with it- well, he was right! The saw didn't even make it home - we dropped it at treemonkey's for a tune & a mod on the way. Just got it back today- and here's my newbie self running it through a huge oak stump- bigger than my 18" bar...

Of course, Andy couldn't let me drop off my new saw for a mod & not drop one of his own off- for crying out loud, we had a trunk full- we needed to lighten the load!! So out came the Husky 346XP (he says that's for "Extraordinary Power") at Treemonkey's as well.

Some of you may have seen the threads tree monkey posted about Andy's 346 (http://www.arboristsite.com/chainsaw/198954.htm) & Andy's 026 (http://www.arboristsite.com/chainsaw/199632.htm), But here is Andy chewing up the same stump with his new mokey'd 346 as well.

Wow that 346 sure is fast. That was the first time I got to see the video. I never used to use it on the big wood like this but I won't mind bucking with it anymore.

Woohoo!!! 2 more saws for me to play with!!!
Ahem... With Andy and Sarah's permission, of course...:msp_wink:
