Not sure, I think the flippys came a little later.
Here's a couple cheaper options, neither look to bad if I wanted a 2222 series.

Because it says so at the other end of the saw in black crayon.
2222 is scrawled at the front end- also in crayon.

Yep, that is factory permanent marker- I am talking institution non-toxic crayon.

I sold this one a couple months ago. It came to me with a China 48mm, so I guess it's accurate.
Shoulda kept that one. Don't see many 034 and a HALF models out there.

You certainly have a later version Magnum II cover/hamdle
"BUTT" it appears to have an issue with a muffler up it's ARSE.
I find many good lookers, but I have no interest in the 028/2222 series saws, I'd buy a nice 261vr1 first, already have an anchor for my canoe.

Farm Boss. The 290 was a Farm Boss saw. Said so on the 'blade'. Wood Boss was the 270 I think? Maybe the 280. I think there may have been more than one model of Farm/Wood Boss saws. I wanna BOSS HOGG saw. With a cigar lighter option.
I thought that was a motorcycle, it probably has a cigarette lighter on it lol.
