039 ipl Hi, I need a repair manual for a stihl 039. My oiler quit working and blowing air back through it did not fix it. I searched the thread but, I can't find a link to dl one.

They didn't give me a gear list.... That's why i posted on here. I was hoping the veterans would say what the gear list should be...

I don't care if it is pdf or if i have or if I have to buy it someplace. I fired off an email to Bandit and they have not replied. Does anyone here know where they can be found?

Thanks for all the great advice everyone. I think I will look into the wesspur kit. I had already looked at it once but didn't know if it was a good deal or not.

Serious enough to take a class... Never climbed with gear before. I could spend $1,000 would feel better spending less than $500 though. I'm very green any help is much appreciated...

I have a climbing class in about 3 weeks with an equipment list that says "bring your gear" Well I don't have any gear yet. Could somebody point me toward a good starter kit for climbing?

My wife has been threatening to make me have this operation too. I'm reluctant to get my boys snipped though.

Hi. Thank you for replying. Did you make a thread about this? How exactly did you do it? I'm familiar with JBWELD, but I have had terrible luck with it ever lasting or holding over any amount of time.

Thanks for looking but that link just takes me to ebays home page. and search for 028 housing on ebay found a screw.

I suspected that might be what it was. What about the handle assembly?

My dad has a gigantic Mcullough in his basement. The bar has to be close to 26" and I think it's like a 1950's model. We could never get the carburetor to work right. He said the diapraghms were never any good in it and the saw never ran for more than 30 minutes. I would love to fix that...

Hi all, fledgling chainsaw enthusiast here. Any ideas where I can get the parts to repair this? The electronic switch is also faulty and gas runs out of the saw if you turn it on it's side with gas cap toward the ground. Which I think is because of a missing hose on the left side...
