I believe Jenn Feng makes them, likely won't have another model number. One of the many Red-Max clones out there.
Right, after digging some of the crud off, I see it's made in Taiwan. Does that make it the " Taiwanese chainsaw of awesomeness?" (Snicker). Well, it's a runner and it's free, so the price is right. The quality can't be any worse than Chinese made. It's also a pretty light saw, which is good for its intended purpose which is limbing.
Whenever you see one of these cheap cloned saws with the oil and fuel caps fight beside each other it's an Earthquake clones. If the two tanks are at opposite ends, it's probably a Zenoah.

These have stratocharge cylinders but are blocked off at the carburetor. Same engine is in the new "McCulloch" cs35s. I cant find the diagram for that one now.

Jenn feng puts out high quality parts that are right par with zenoah.
Brushslasher, I had it apart and it absolutely does have the two extra ports of a stratocharged engine, and are blocked off as you say. I put some pictures of the saw up in the what's on your bench thread. I agree with the quality assessment, I was pleasantly surprised there.
