I use the gasket to match my exhaust port and then I use it to transfer the pattern to the heat shield and exhaust inlet.

And here most of my final numbers. Intake is 76°, exhaust is 102°, trans are 112°. I took .043" off of squish band and .015" off of base with final squish being .024". Hopefully I can finish it up tomorrow and get you a compression number.

Better double check clearance where the transfer cover screws are on the PTO side.

I clearanced both front corners were the transfer cover sit down next to the case. Is that what u mean?

No, one of the bottom transfer cover screws on the clutch side normally hits too.

I figured I better do this right. So I pulled the jug here really fast to show ya what I did.

It looks like you got the spot clearanced where the screw sits.

Another spot I had to clearence. I ground out the lower bolt holes in the muffler up just a bit. The bolts probably would have went but they were tighter than I wanted.

Ok boys she's back together. Now this pic is showing the compression but I will get you an accurate one once I run it. When I put them back together I coat the cylinder and piston with 2 stroke oil. And put a couple drops on the bearings. So usually they read just a tad high. I would say it's gonna end up around 190ish. But we'll see.

I don't know it this works but here's my second cut with the saw. Idk how long it takes the AT to adjust. But just trying to get a quick vid for ya till I can run them head to head.
