14" Warrensville 32012 x 8TPI Mill Curved Tooth Flat File with screw-on wood handle:
I pretty much have to clamp up the wedges in a vice with a file that long, 12" or even 8" is probably a better file given the file takes off a lot of material quickly.

It works! Takes off gobs of material if I press on it, puts a nice smooth edge on the wedge with a light touch, everything I'd want in a wedge file.
