I have a Woodmaster 4400 with triple auger system. The other day while cleaning out ash the augers felt binded up and then released suddenly. Well now only the center auger turns and not the two outer augers - leading me to surmise the chain linking them all broke. So here is question - Is it difficult to repair the chain and how do you do it? I assume you get to it by pulling the grate and exposing the augers, I just want to know if its difficult or not before I shut furnace down to fix it.
