I have 28 inches between the tires. Other than that not sure. I have over 75 trees to haul out of the woods, so well see how it works.

It looks very nice Dusty. Load that puppy up and see what she'll hold. I bet it will be a lot. Then let us know. Again. Very nice job !

Going to pull it with a coot. If you look in the first pic its orange and sitting back in the corner.

That looks great Dusty ... kinda looks similar to a Texas Pipe Dolly that we use in the plumbing / pipe fitting trade.

So the winch will be to lift the log up off the ground?

I would add gussets to the front side of the arch and also brace the beam on each side where it attaches to the arch to prevent twisting it if you drop a wheel in a hole. You will find that the larger the circumference of the tire, the easier it will roll.

I've seen a propane tank being moved with something like an arch as well.

74 trees to go! I have about 20 down and debrushed, awaiting the arch. heres part of the one I hauled out tonight. It is 23' 3" long. about 13" diameter at the big end. I know I should of had it in the arch the other way, but thats the only way I could get to it. Anybody have an idea what it ways? I think its oak.View attachment 228979View attachment 228980View attachment 228981

Might fine pics Dusty. How are those axles holding up? Looks like they take the greatest strain. They're just welded on, right?

I didn't even look at them. There still there and still rolling. I actually bolted the hubs to a plate thats welded to the tube thats welded to the arch downtube. That reminds me 1 side only has 3 bolts instead of all 4, I ran out and forgot to get 1 more.
