GASP!! Ive found an old stihl in the mix!. This will be the only stihl in my stable so to speak!!!! An 031AV well, whats left of one I should say.
Nice. Those kind of scores are great. You're happy all the way home. Then you look at the pile and say "holy crap, what am I going to do with all this stuff". At least you have plenty to keep you at home with your hobby .

A buddy of mine had em in his barn. Him and his father were loggers. This is a bunch of what they have accumulated/broke over the years.

Im still peeling em off in layers but I do see a few 272 and a couple 371 projects in the near future.

Man I never have that kind of luck. Thou I have came across some gd deals but nothing to this magnatude. I still have to make it to a guys place that use to own a Stihl dealership and says he has a semi trailer full of saws. Hopefully I can find something intresting in there. The last thing I bought from him was a 08s that was complete and a little bit of gas in the carb and it was running. So hopefully my luck holds out. But I do have to say very nice find on these and am looking forward to seeing the 272 builds. I have been looking for one myself.

If you would walk to work you could come home and walk around your truck again and again and again before you unload it...............Savoring your CANDY.......... its not the same once your unloaded..............then the real fun begins
