How about all saw units sold under Electrolux from the beginning of time? I bet that's a pretty big number.

That's what I'm wondering--do the stats include all Husqvarna brands of chainsaws?

Take pickup truck sales as an example. Ford touts the F-150 as the best selling pickup truck in the USA for many decades. However, if you add up sales of Chevy and GMC pickup trucks, then GM sells more trucks.

Stihl, lot of dealers and because their friend's has one so that is what people buy.

You are saying product identity and word of mouth sells saws.

You are saying marketing power and assets sells saws. You're in management, 1212 what makes 'em sell?

Exactly.

How much did that sweet AS hat cost you? Is it adjustable, or fitted?

Split 'em up. Buick, Pontiac Cadillac...Olds... Saturn, Saab... Many of 'em goes broke. Do you buy a F150 cause your Dad did? or a Stepside 4x4 Silverado 'cause Walker Texas Ranger did... or do you think about it and make a choice..and on what criteria.

And does the world market reflect that??

Just a discussion.

Market share, options for all users/ appeal to all facets of the retail market, and attractive price points to the consumer. Couple this with the multiple retail location options (online, box stores, hardware stores, brand specific dealers), and your sales are enormous.

The hat is sweet, isn't it! AS sent it to me for for field testing. I can't wait for the final product (hint to AS team). There was an extra one included in the box. Here you go:

Open in MS-Paint to adjust.

Thanks for the gift, Mang. I recently bought a bigger monitor so I will be able to adjust the hat to fit my Crenshaw melon sized head.
