Sweet thread/ build(s). I know the 261 isnt favored all that much around here, but I figured it would post quicker times. Any chance things would change with longer bars?

Isn't the 2153 essentially the red color scheme of the 346? Either way great vids what are the time's on the 346? I own one and love it!
It also has the somewhat awkward streight across handlebar, and some added grams of plastic - but the internals are exactly the same. I assume the difference in the power specs is a result of the tested 2153 being a cat one - but does of course not know for sure.

Don't let the placement of the saws fool you into thinking that the 261 isn't a strong runner.....and you are probably right about the longer bars making a difference. The 261s normally have a bit more torque than the Huskys.

hmm... I think I recognize that 261

Yep.....she's yours Joe. Enjoy it my friend.

Yes, I've read this here on AS numerous times. That nimble Scandinavian Vixen has broken the hearts of many long time Stihl enthusiasts.

I lost my desire to own an 026 because of the 346 as well. The 550XP has my heart right now though. :)

I love my 346 even late at night.
