Want to Sell Stihl 084, $600

Stihl 084 up for sale. Saw starts and runs well. Everything works as it should, except the auxiliary oiler (cable is bad and not available from Stihl anymore). The clutch cover has a crack on the top, see picture. The decomp was loose when I got it, and they previous owner had ran it like that and melted a hole in the top cover. I put a new crush ring in the decomp, loctited the decomp and put a jb weld patch on the cover. Besides that stuff, the saw is in good shape and ready to work. $600, $650 if you want the 24" bar and chain you see in the picture.

Teeny tiny little scuff (can barely see it in day light) right under the rings, but as you can see in the first pic, the lower portion of the exhaust side of the piston is clean and still has machine marks on it. Compression is 135lbs, but I couldn't get my oring on my gauge to bottom out and create a seal. I've sold a lot of saws on here over the years, I always back my stuff up if a problem arises.

Going by what i remember being told 20 years ago from a stihl tech friend...if you have your oiler adjusted all the way up (cheap insurance)...the manual overide doesn't send any more oil to the bar anyway...i could be wrong.
