She need a rubber shaft by the sounds of it, normalphobe dyke
Doubt it.Contractors freedom of expression and religious beliefs vs owners self determination over her business. Interesting.
Hopefully there's a follow up detailing how it panned out eventually. I suspect this business owner is going to have her arse handed to her on a plate.

I never said in court. If the rainbow public doesn't rally to support her business with their children, then having now disclosed her beliefs, the hitherto silently religious public or those against gay unions or against anyone who doesn't support religious expression may very well choose to not engage her business. On the legalities side of it, she has claimed the contractor is homophobic and engaged in hate speech while representing her business. It would be interesting to see that argument tested in court, if it hasn't been already in the past. This comes back to that line between freedom of expression and religion and sexual orientation and where exactly to draw the line.Doubt it.
The woman let go was a contractor so I don't see how a contractor can get damages in a court if a business decides not to use their sevices, regardless of reason.
Did it make you feel all warm and fuzzy inside???Well I think she was in her rights not to continue to engage a contractor and doesn't need a reason for it, although she has given one.
I got an order for firewood 6 months ago from one of those patriot united front groups members and told her she could go fark herself...well within my rights not to supply her.
I fully support your right to choose who you do business with. That's the way it should be and long may it stay that way.Well I think she was in her rights not to continue to engage a contractor and doesn't need a reason for it, although she has given one.
