I don't need to PM you, I could care less if you let someone keep your saw and money for months and not tell you nothing. that's your problem, not mine. If someone is keeping members money and not contacting them or answering phones, then they need to be outed. maybe if someone outed the guy that has your saw you wouldn't be without it now. Just because you have a lot of patience waiting on things, don't mean we all need too. I don't have a dog in this fight, but hate seeing people get slammed for trying to recoup losses.

And for the record, I've never even spoken with WWS. I have no dog, it just tweaks me when it's clearly stated that there's a time frame. OP never mentioned if he'd called him today, this week(all two days of it), or how many times. If he'd left a message. And then it's straight to the paypal police and the hometown popo. All I'm saying is life happens. I apologize for my reality, I wish it was everyone else's...

And Justin, but there were signs. Shoot, maybe I'm wrong. I sure hope not. Of all the times to show my a$$ I hope this ain't it.
Ive called at least 6 times over last week and sent an email last Friday. Yes not alot of time for a response but I learned the business phone is disconnected and found complaint of the same problem. His personal phone rings but no anwser.
All I asked local pd was to see if this is still a functioning business.

Don't know if this helps any....I sent him my 562xp this past week to have ported.....I have the upmost confidence that ill get the saw back n it will be fine....I paid in advance....not as much as you....however...its enough!
You have an absolutely legit concern and airing it here is the best place I can think of to do so considering the number of folks who know Terry or who may know others who do. Not everyone responding will be assholes.
No secret that Terry's had some pretty heavy personal ups and downs over the years. Sometimes what's in the rearview actually catches up to ya and can be pretty unforgiving. Let's hope that's not the case here. But let's also be realistic about the facts and lack of professionalism being shown for whatever reasons Terry may have -- legitimate or otherwise -- and hoping something tragic hasn't happened.
Hopefully you'll get some degree of positive satisfaction soon. If not, I'd be going for my cash thru PP asap and do a bit more research the next time you're looking for a builder. Just Google JMS Saws for a healthy dose of how these things can go while everyone thinks a guy walks on water -- until they find out the hard way he's just skatin' on an oil slick.
