There is a 020T for sale on the Internet for $25. The connecting rod bearing has failed on it but other than that the saw looks very clean.

Any idea how big of a job it would be to fix this? Is this something a guy like
Me with very little mechanics experience could fix at a decent price?

Total tear down. If that broke you may be replacing cylinder and piston as well.
