I won this saw in an auction last weekend...
Some details are a bit strange:
Normal 024 AV cylinder (no "S")
But... The saw features a side chain tensioner and therefore a 024 Super/026 crankcase (necessary for the debarker as tensioning from the front is difficult??)
I found slotted as well as torx bolts and screws :KK:
The carburetor linkage resembles the one used on newer versions (can be removed only after removing the black handle cover).
Is it possible that Stihl assembled modified engine units for debarker use?
