024 Spewing gas

Trying to revive an old 024 and it runs but spews gas out the carb. I took apart carb and everthing was clean. It's like something is clogged but I didn't find it. Any ideas ??

Needle valve may not be seating because of crud. Defective pump / metering diaphragm. Pressure test the carb to 7 psi through the fuel inlet and see if it holds.
