031AV B?C combo

I just got a nice specimen, one owner, low hours 031AV on EvilBay. Its an older one (no chainbrake) and in very good condition. It has a very heavy hard nosed 20" bar and Oregon 72 chain. I am thinking of equiping it with a Sthil bar and chain setup. I am cutting Oak for fire wood and most of its small (< 20" in diameter) and its clean. Would a 16" bar be a decent size? Which chain? I am more familiar with the non-Stihl stuff.

16 inch bar is fine and get a stihl RSC chain. I assume it's .325? but check, as it may be 3/8.
