036 stihl pro

hi everyone,
i have an stihl 036 pro saw and my buddy wants to buy it,i bought more then 10 years ago and she still runs great and has no issues. was wondering how much would be a good price. thanks

Looks nice. Chainsaw prices are off usually a little around this time of year. I would say if the piston/compression is up there $360-$410 range. I paid $500 for one last year that still had the original chain with very little wear. You can't go exactly by Ebay prices. You take out commission, PayPal fees, pain in the azz to ship, damage in shipping if the buyer even gets it etc. etc. I knock off 20-25% of what it will bring on Ebay.

I'd go 400 buddy price, or if he doesn't want it, wait till spring when demand is higher and go for 500-550. We are in the same area so that should be fairly accurate.
