044 10mm acceptable squish?

what do you guys think? it averages .0016.add a .0010 gasket?or more?its going to be a firewood saw.no full time logging or milling.dude just wants it freshened up and woke up a little bit.
 
I was going to say use the old piston and sand .003" or so out and then no gasket. I've run them at .017"
 
ok may try that with the meteor.always polished pistons in my bikes to help with carbon build up.
the old piston in this one was pretty chewed up on the intake side.only thing i could find wrong was the bottom of the intake port not being beveled.
