066 brake handle

i need a brake handle for my 066. besides the 064, what other models would fit it? (and if you happen to happen to have one, let me know.)

The 066 and 064 do not use the same brake handle, and within each model have a couple of different and incompatible handles.. the big divider is whether they are magnum-wrap or not.. get the wrong one (for the correct model) and you'll be unable to pull the brake handle back to unlatch the brake.

The older units also have a number of different part numbers that are a pain to track forwards.

The latest part numbers are 1122 790 9101 for the NON wrap, and - 9102 for the wrap. These are NOT compatible with the 064...

hand brake

my saw is an 066 red-eye with a full wrap handle. so you are saying that the hand brake is specific to that saw and there are no other ones that will fit?

Yes. You need the 066 Full wrap handle.
