I'd use royal purple at 200:1. Just kidding. I know nothing about these saws, but I can't imagine that's a high stress motor. With a full synthetic 40-50:1. Dino 32:1

An example.

The Gale outboard needs run at least at 24:1, but gets 16:1.

The Clinton outboard can be run on 40:1

The difference?

The bearings. The Clinton is on full rollers while the Gale has just sleeved bearings.

Back in the day, it was common practice to mix 2-smoker fuel in a one gallon glass cider jug.
Not even legal anymore (dot regs)

The trick was to take a glance at the jug and you knew how long to shake it to put the oil (30w usually) back in the mix.

2-smoker oils now supersedes the best written operator manuals back in the day.
