My newest 200T acts like it's running out of gas and then quits. It then starts right up with no problem. Any ideas? Could it be the gas vent? BTW, the gas tank vent was replaced when I bought the saw. It leaked from the start.

How new? Still in warranty, take it back.

Vent, Fuel filter, fuel hose, carb inlet screen, pulse hose, carburetor (needle sticking, lever sticking on axle). Mix adjustment off, lever too low. And , last but not least, water in fuel. Tis the season.

Mine had the same problem,
took it back to the dealer and was fixed. Turned out to be the vent
