24" bar for my 920 Jonsy

I cannot find a smaller bar for this thing anywhere around here. All I have is a 32" bar which kind of limits how much I use this saw.

This saw has the really large bar studs and my dealer has nothing in stock that will fit my 920. Bailey's site is confusing me with all these HU and EU and F.U. mounts. I want a 20" or 24" bar for this bad boy.

buy a 20" bar of your chain size and have the tail milled out to fit the larger studs.

Oregon power match 200gndd196 will fit your saw. Baily's should have or your local shop should be able to get it.

Look in the clearance section on Bailey's website. The Jonsered/Olympyk/Homelite mounts are what you are looking for. I picked up 2 bars that are rebadged GB titanium bars. Very nice. Pay attention to the gauge.

Dealers used to file flats on the bar studs to fit Husky mount bars.There was
also a kit available from Jonsered with smaller studs. try an OLD Jonsered
dealer.

The correct tail pattern is Oregon D024 (or GB JO), but any large Husky bar will fit, with a little filing to open the slot a bit. On some saws the even are a an instant fit, but not on most.
