272 xp wont start

I replaced the top end, carb, and fuel line on my saw and now it won't start. It turns over, but doesn't seem to be getting fuel. Any suggestions?

If the gasket between the carb and cylinder is oriented incorrectly it will block the impulse passage. If the passage is blocked, it will not pump fuel.

Turn the saw fill caps up and pull off the gas line at carb and see if gas comes out.Or the small screen in the carb is dirty?
