Boleclimber ArboristSite Guru Joined Sep 8, 2007 Messages 661 Reaction score 130 Location In the woods. Apr 1, 2012 #2 If the gasket between the carb and cylinder is oriented incorrectly it will block the impulse passage. If the passage is blocked, it will not pump fuel.
