281xp tank vent

just a quick question, after doing a dozen cuts and then shutting the saw down I can hear a quiet hissing noise. If I open the filler cap it stops immediately. I'm assuming this is the tank vent. Whats everyone's thoughts on this?? I did a vacuum test in the tank when it was being rebuilt and the pressure did drop like I would expect. Is there an rate of pressure drop I can check its meeting?

I have the same hissing sound on my 288 and 281, nothing to worry about. I don't know a number for pressure drop, but as long as it functions fine you shouldn't need to worry about.
