3120xp carb mod

Is there any info on the internets pertaining to the 3120xp high speed needle mod?

I know the basic process and what it being done but never having done it myself I'd like to see some specifics rather than doing a trial and error myself.

I may just swap on a tillotson if I can't find some specifics.. Always preferred them anyway.
