My 371XP after I did some work on the Bailey's Big Bore.
The chain is a full chisel round filed with plenty of glint, stuffed along with the sprocket, ready to be binned
The wood is a Eucalypt, Nicholii (narrow leaf peppermint).
I have another Vid of the saw in some 18" approx. peppermint I will post up a bit later.
I listed it under 372XP as they get more hits.

Nice, Aussie. Is that the 52mm BB kit? Thats what I put on the 365 I just built. I have used it just a little so far, but its close to my broke in 044, in stock form.

70-75cc is the way to go if you cut lots of wood of anysize. its almost waste of time top grab 60cc stock saw

Yeah Bowtie it is. My kit was one of the early ones.
Glad to be of some assistance.

I was able to raise the exhaust as the kit was lower in the roof and floor but I only raised it to factory specs. So as it stands the roof would be lower due to the lack of a base gasket, so ineffect my port timing would be a tad greater. I didn't alter the inlet as the floor was a tad lower than the OEM.
Did some work on the lower transfers.

In that vid it was a tad lean on the high and a tad rich on the low.

man it is cutting very strong, i dont thinkn mine would do that in smaller wood.

after watchn my videos i checked my chains and they are sharp. i was cutn doug fir thats been dried to a crisp. it was 100deg when i was cutn. i think theres less to no dust wqhen the wood has alittle moisture in it.
 
Al, that 371 BB cuts fast. Probably looking at the Bucking champeen of da vorld! Bucking, it looks like it would have been done in 6-7 seconds:jawdrop:

Rick I've gotta give credit to the Bailey's kit as it was reasonably healthy before the porting and gasket removal, but the porting did take it up another step.
The port timing on both the inlet and exhaust were both slightly different to the OEM I reckon was to benefit from.
I did a little bit of work to the lower transfers that I think goes against the norm. Bit of a guess/gamble really.
The OEM pin is lighter also.
6-7 seconds, I wish. I could sell porting secrets for a fortune lol.
About 10 sec Rick, which isn't bad I guess in hardwood.
