Someone emailed me today and asked if I'd be willing to rebuild his 372 x torq. I told him sure I'd help him out and gave him my number. Here's the deal, he called me and said his saw is in the shop because it seized up and he's waiting to see if Husqvarna will pay to rebuild it. If they won't, he wants to ship me the saw and rebuild it for him. I told him I would do it but didn't give him a price yet. I don't normally work on other peoples saws so I have no Idea what to charge. I was thinking $100-$150 for labor, does that sound about right? I don't mind helping the guy out but if there is anyone that rebuilds saws in SE Virgina that would like to do it, I'd be happy to pass your contact info on to him so he doesn't have the added cost of shipping the saw.
