My light batteries just went flat so unfortunately I can project absolutely no light on this. I have no idea on the carb but pretty sure they're Walbros on both my 390XPG and 390XP.
My new 390XP came with an NGK plug though if that helps?
Some of the 385/390s came with tillotson carbs. I've got a spare one right now in my parts. The last 2 390s I had came with walbro carbs. It seems you never know which one it will be until you take a look.
