If you’re going to spend the money to have your saw ported, why not just send the entire saw? I get shipping cost each direction but it’s not that bad within the lower 48 is it?

It also saves money as the builder doesn't have to disassemble/reassemble. Of course you are left liable for any assembly errors if something does go wrong, so it's not for everyone. Sending a complete 395 both ways adds up.

Some people are pretty hands on, so just sending the jug gives them the chance to be a part of building their saw.
