whats the deal with the Decomp valve ?
is it just partially threaded out or is it farked up ?

That decomp has seen better days and is fubarr'd

Make sure to check/ID and possible source of why this happened so it does not happen again on the new parts.

There are step by step videos on this website on how to clean up the cylinder, or perhaps, one of the experienced members on this site will do it for you.

It is almost always better to stick with OEM cylinder.
