I had a nice oak on the property I have been cutting blow down in the last storm. Of course it lands at the bottom of the deepest ditch on the property. What do you do..? Call AAA!

Hydraulic winches are very usefull in the woods. They don't have the short duty cycle that an electric winch does, and never run out of power. The boom is handy as well, but it all is a lot of money to be messing around in the sticks with. Perhaps if you welded up some scrap stuff on a semi-beater truck it would be more practical for wood hauling.

Just thought I would throw this in. I had a prescription the other day that my insurance would not cover, they asked if I had triple A. I said I did and it covered the prescription, all but a few dollars.
