hi gang....i am thinking about a new stove as the one i have is old and very inefficient. after shopping a few stores in my area, i am sort of set on a quadra-fire 3100 millenium. my stove is in the basment of my ranch style house and is about 1200 sq. ft. i was wondering if anyone out there has this stove, and what they think....alos do you think 1300.00 dollars is a good price???? question #2, i sent an e-mail to the factory over a week ago asking if thier stoves are ul listed, my dealer wasn't sure, he said "i think they outta be...", but the factory never answered my question....does anyone know the answer??? thanks guys...this place is a geyser of knowledge....
