Hey everyone. I'm starting a new job at a multi line dealer that carries stihl and echo among others. I'm a motorcycle technician by trade and I'm used to and will be being payed flat rate/flag hour and I'm wondering how they are on times for jobs? Like is it pretty cake to make flat rate or is it like anything else kinda hit and miss. Also whats your pay and shop rate? I'm trying to find out if ill be able to survive on there offer coming from a moto dealer making almost 48 a flag hour?
