surely to goodness they mean cut a pencil when they say cuts wood.. USB ports only puts out 5V dc at most Im pretty sure and if thats not it ony other voltage it could put out is 12V dc thats the highest a PSU from a computer puts out.. this is just crazy though that all I can say...lol...
