Anyone with a store bought bundler

Does anyone have a firewood bundler they bought like a Hudson or wood beaver that could take some pictures of the wrap tensioner I made a couple bundlers and they work great except when the wrap gets low it catches as I turn it.. idk how to write it but it like tightens then loosens it self so I’m constantly messing with it each turn I use the thing in the picture for my wrap holder and tensioner will take pictures of my wrapper later any help would be great

Thanks a lot for them why does that keyway go into the big washer? Just so it doesn’t spin? And I’m assuming the back side is a solid stop/washer?
