I"ve bought one saw at a local dealer. All the others came from different dealers in areas that I don't live in, ebay, here on AS trading post, and one mail order. I'm not going to pay $150 more for a saw at a local dealer than I could somewhere else. I'm not going to pay for stihl chain either. The dealer won't even order a 25' roll of square ground so I can try a few loops of it. He said a 32" loop would be over $40 special order. I can get 2 oregons to my mailbox for that.
Are northern Tool prices on Husky XP good?
